What you can expect from us:

All of our puppies are raised with early neurological stimulation (ENS), early scent introduction (ESI), and daily socialization with other dogs, adults, and kids. We strive to produce healthy, temperamentally balanced, moderately boned, athletically capable dogs. We utilize techniques from renowned programs such as Puppy Culture and Avidog to give our puppies the best head start we can. Pups are introduced to bird wings and water prior to going home.

If we don't have what you're looking for we're happy to speak with you and see if we can get you pointed in the right direction. You can expect honesty from us, as we want the best fit for you as well as for our puppies.

All Jackson Woods Labradors puppies will come with AKC registration, first vet exam, microchip, age appropriate vaccines, deworming, a sample of puppy food to get you started, and a toy with their littermates' and mom's scent.

Pups should be high drive in the field with an off switch, excel in hunting, dog sports, SAR, detection work, and as active family companions. This will be an agile and athletic litter with a nice physical structure.

Shangarrilyn Turner ("Wizard') was imported to the USA from Ireland and is the epitome of everything you look for in an Irish or British born and bred Labrador Retriever. Wizard is a hard driving, powerful dog in the field, with an off switch and gentle nature in the home. He is the son of Int.FTCH Drumgoose Warlord, grandson of Int.FTCH The Newcam Boss, with lines going back to Greenbiar Viper of Drakeshead and Craighorn Bracken. Wizard has not been campaigned in hunt tests but has the skills to be made up into HRCH. He is a fully trained working hunting retriever that doubles as a family dog.

Fenlee is incredibly quick and agile. She is a sweet young girl with incredible energy and drive. This is a girl that truly wants to play the game, whatever it may be. At 4 months of age she was tested on a few SAR drills and she is a natural. Fenlee has earned the UKC HRC Hunting Retriever (HR) title and the AKC Junior Hunter (JH) title, passing all tests she entered. She is currently in training for agility.

FTCH Drumgoose Ironman x Vega of JWoods

FTCH Drumgoose Ironman ("Angus") earned his Field Trial Championship in the UK before being imported to NC. His owner, Steve Kramer, says "He is a very powerful dark fox red male with the calmest temperament. Always calm by your side until you send him out for a retrieve and he is super fast and handles exceptionally well. Will do anything asked obedience wise. Loves people and is a favorite among children due to his gentle temperament."

Darby is a proven producer of quality British hunting Labs. He has earned his UKC Hunting Retriever title and is his owner's personal hunting dog. He consistently passes on his steady temperament and persistence for the hunt to his offspring. Darby's pedigree includes 4 Int FTCH, 3FTCH and 2 FTW.
